Grief has been a big theme in my life too since 2019. My loss and helping others close to me with their loss. One insight that stood out to me most in looking for relief was a saying : That grief is having love to share or give and no place to put it. A loss of a " loved" one but even disability( loss of access to ) of the things we " love" or pour our love into.
Corie is correct in the importance of pour our love into ourselves but it can be easier said than done and as she says takes work &discipline to establish that habit.
A good start for pouring love is volunteering. Nature of course feeds our soul's cup but so does nurturing .
( plants animals people). Be receptive to them reciprocating. Soak it up.
After getting your spark or light back being brave and finding the original thing ( trauma spot) to heal the core of what causes the habit of unloved towards ourselves. Sometimes it's called dark night of the soul. Or shadow work if initiated by you. Be sure to bring your heart light, spark, light, holy spirit with you into the shadow or dark night.
Also, as others have said: Remember how ever long it seems, or it's gone on; it can and does pass. Faster if released or not attached to.
Sending so much love💞💓✨
