As we move through the spirals and cycles of healing I sometimes struggle with being hard on myself for decisions or “mistakes”.

As a child I was forced to grow up a little too quickly because the adults around me were unable to emotionally regulate.

I’ve found a new perspective on my healing journey, I’m just being given the opportunity to experience my emotional development with The Divines unconditional love. Rather than, although not necessarily intentional, my parents very conditional love. Or really the inability to love from an unconditional place.

None the less take some pressure off yourself! Trust the process and who you are becoming. Give yourself the chance The Divine is trying to!
