For grounding, receiving ALL of your energy back & to clear your chakras all at the same time. Barefoot in the grass, release any & all negative that has been attached to you with or without permission back to its owner & then recall all your energy given or taken from you via Mother Earth. As we are all connected through Mother Earth and this works for past & present & future lifetimes. If you feel inclined to send healing or energy towards you in the future knowing your higher self is going to do the same backwards
